Policies
Cancellation Policy
Life happens — I understand. I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. This policy allows me to offer that time to another client in need.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you; however, your session will end at the originally scheduled time so that the next client is not affected. The full session fee applies regardless of late arrival.
Health & Safety
Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before your session. Massage therapy may not be appropriate for certain conditions. I reserve the right to decline or modify a session if I believe it is not in the best interest of your health and safety.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards (processed securely through Bookeo) and Venmo. Gratuity is always appreciated but never required.
Service Area
I provide in-home therapy services throughout Maryland. A travel fee may apply for locations outside my primary service area. Please contact me to confirm availability for your location before booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
I will arrive at your home with everything needed — a professional massage table, fresh linens, soothing music, and aromatherapy. We will begin with a brief intake conversation about your goals and any areas of concern. Then you simply relax while I take care of the rest. Sessions typically run 60 or 90 minutes.
Very little! Just make sure there is a clear space of about 7 x 4 feet for the massage table. A quiet room works best. I bring everything else. You may want to have a glass of water ready for after your session.
Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that promotes relaxation and balance. I weave reiki energy into every session, working with your body's natural energy flow alongside the physical massage techniques. Many clients describe feeling a deep sense of calm and restoration that goes beyond a traditional massage.
At this time I focus on individual sessions to give each client my full attention and personalized care. Please reach out if you have a specific request and I will do my best to accommodate you.
I recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. My schedule fills quickly, especially on weekends. Same-day appointments may be available on occasion — feel free to reach out.
My handcrafted products are made with natural, high-quality ingredients and reiki-infused intention. However, everyone's skin is different. Please review the ingredient list for each product and let me know of any known allergies before your session or purchase.
