You'll want to arrive 10 minutes early. When you reserve a session for an hour that starts at 1 pm, this is the time when you should be on the table, ready to receive your massage. Arriving 10-15 minutes late for your session, and your appointment was booked for 1 pm, you will only receive 45 minutes for massage. The end time remains the same. This policy stands for all sessions. The fee is non refundable. 

Intake Forms: All client intake forms must be filled out completely and returned via email prior to your session. You must ensure your  signatures are legible.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable. Pregnancy massage gift certificates must be used during the pregnancy or postpartum period and are non-transferable.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

Appointment Confirmatio

Once you've booked your session, I'll send along a client intake form. This form must be printed out by you and completed to the best of your ability. If you forget to bring it with you I have extra copies in my office, however, this takes time and if you're running late, you'll be cutting into your massage time. Thank you for understanding. 

If you call and I don't answer, you may leave a message. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have regarding massage. Appointments can't be scheduled by phone calls, you must schedule online for sessions. Thank you.
